They threw a woman and her newborn out on the street when they had initially promised that she could stay in the house 60 days after closing. Instead, they forced her out after only 30 days, basically refusing to honor their agreement. SHAMEFUL!!! They truly must have no conscience. The reviewer calls them &#8220;monsters,&#8221; and rightfully so.<br><br>I could never be desperate enough to deal with such bottomfeeders who are only trying to scam hard-working people like me, when they know that this home is all I have. They&#8217;re offering me $80,000 less than the value of my home simply because it needs $21k of repairs (which includes a new roof). ******Btw, that (LOW) value is provided by them. My house, fully repaired, could actually go for $20K more than their estimate, so I&#8217;m actually losing $100K just because I can&#8217;t afford to make the repairs myself!!
