HomeLight provides home owners looking to sell or buy with high quality agent referrals. Their website offers a variety of resources as well, including home estimates, an iBuyer program, loan estimates, information on the best time to sell or current market trends, as well as a commissions calculator. Their job is to provide all the resources necessary to have a simple and efficient seller or buyer experience.
After you've filled out a survey that'll ask you some simple questions about your current residence, desired pricing, sale timeline, and your location, HomeLight will provide you with agent referrals. You can then choose which ones you'd like to interview and then work, in order to assist you with your home sale. Or, you can use HomeLight's iBuyer option.
If you decide to use HomeLight's iBuyer option, you'll receive an all-cash offer within 48 hours. While they don't directly provide offers themselves, they will offer your property to cash buyers.
The process for buyers and sellers is the same. You'll fill out some information, receive agent referrals, and after some interviewing, determine who you think will meet your buyers needs.
